Each set shall comprise one 9H-class gas turbine, one steam turbine, one gas turbine generator and one steam turbine generator (if applicable). All units shall meet the requirement that the continuous output of the combined cycle unit, when firing the design fuel under the design ambient conditions (50Hz, ISO pure condensing condition), shall be greater than 700MW.

資格要求 1.★如果投標(biāo)人為中國(guó)境內(nèi)注冊(cè)公司，投標(biāo)人需具有合法有效的企業(yè)法人營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照，投標(biāo)時(shí)需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）；If the Bidder is a company registered within the territory of China, it shall possess a legally valid Business License of an enterprise legal person, Tax Registration Certificate, and Organizational Code Certificate, or a unified business license combining these certificates. When submitting the bid, the Bidder shall provide a scanned copy of the original document (with the originals kept available for verification).★如果投標(biāo)人為中國(guó)境外注冊(cè)公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊(cè)證明；If the Bidder is a company registered outside the territory of China, it shall provide a valid certificate of company registration.★投標(biāo)人為分公司的，需具有合法有效的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照（境內(nèi)注冊(cè)）/公司登記注冊(cè)證明（境外注冊(cè)）和上級(jí)法人單位授權(quán)書(shū)（授權(quán)該分公司投標(biāo)和簽訂合同），投標(biāo)時(shí)需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）。If the Bidder is a branch company, it shall possess a legally valid business license (for those registered within China) / certificate of company registration (for those registered outside China) and an authorization letter from the superior legal entity (authorizing the branch to bid and sign contracts). When submitting the bid, the branch shall provide scanned copies of the original documents (with the originals kept available for verification).2.★投標(biāo)人應(yīng)為本次投標(biāo)所投設(shè)備的制造商（或集成商）。本次招標(biāo)不接受代理商投標(biāo)。投標(biāo)人以自己制造（或集成）的貨物參與投標(biāo)的，不能再將此貨物同時(shí)授權(quán)給其他投標(biāo)人參與投標(biāo)，否則相關(guān)的所有投標(biāo)將被拒絕。The Bidder shall be the manufacturer (or integrator) of the equipment proposed for this tender. Agent bids shall not be accepted for this tender. If a Bidder participates in this tender with the goods manufactured (or integrated) by itself, it shall not authorize the same goods to any other Bidder for participation in this tender at the same time; otherwise, all relevant bids shall be rejected.3.★業(yè)績(jī)要求Requirement for Bidder's Past Performance:自****起至投標(biāo)截止日止（以合同簽署時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具有至少1個(gè)合同的燃?xì)?蒸汽聯(lián)合循環(huán)發(fā)電機(jī)組供貨業(yè)績(jī)，且單個(gè)合同同時(shí)滿足以下技術(shù)要求：（1）供貨范圍至少包括以下三項(xiàng)內(nèi)容：燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)，蒸汽輪機(jī)，發(fā)電機(jī)；（2）單臺(tái)套聯(lián)合循環(huán)機(jī)組額定出力不小于600MW。From January 1, 2019 to the tender closing date (subject to the contract signing date), the Bidder shall have a supply performance of at least one gas-steam combined cycle power generation unit under a single contract, and the individual contract shall simultaneously meet the following technical requirements:(1) The scope of supply shall include at least the following three items: gas turbine, steam turbine, and generator;(2) The rated output of a single set of combined cycle unit shall not be less than 600MW.投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績(jī)表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績(jī)證明文件。業(yè)績(jī)證明文件包括：（1）業(yè)績(jī)合同關(guān)鍵頁(yè)（合同首頁(yè)、雙方簽字蓋章頁(yè)、合同簽訂日期頁(yè)、供貨范圍頁(yè)、單臺(tái)套機(jī)組額定出力等技術(shù)參數(shù)頁(yè)）；（2）用戶簽字或蓋章的到貨驗(yàn)收材料（到貨驗(yàn)收單或調(diào)試驗(yàn)收?qǐng)?bào)告或其他可以證明合同項(xiàng)下貨物已經(jīng)到貨驗(yàn)收的有效證明材料）。（3）業(yè)績(jī)認(rèn)定時(shí)間：以合同簽署時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)。未提供業(yè)績(jī)證明文件或提供的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件無(wú)法認(rèn)定上述業(yè)績(jī)要求的，均視為無(wú)效業(yè)績(jī)。The Bidder shall submit the performance form in the specified format and provide relevant performance certification documents. The performance certification documents shall include:(1) Key pages of the performance contract (cover page of the contract, signature and seal page of both parties, contract signing date page, scope of supply page, and technical parameter pages such as the rated output of a single set of unit);(2) Goods arrival acceptance documents signed or sealed by the user (arrival acceptance certificate, commissioning and acceptance , or other valid certification documents that can prove the acceptance of the goods under the contract upon arrival);(3) Performance recognition time: subject to the contract signing date.Failure to provide performance certification documents or provision of performance certification documents that fail to meet the above-mentioned performance requirements shall be deemed as invalid performance.若業(yè)績(jī)合同為年度協(xié)議，除提供年度協(xié)議外，還應(yīng)提供相應(yīng)的已到貨訂單，訂單內(nèi)容或編號(hào)應(yīng)與年度協(xié)議相關(guān)聯(lián)。同一個(gè)年度協(xié)議下，提供1個(gè)或以上的訂單及與訂單對(duì)應(yīng)的到貨驗(yàn)收材料，均視為1個(gè)有效業(yè)績(jī)。If the contract is an annual framework agreement, in addition to the agreement itself, the corresponding Purchase Order(s) (PO)(under which the goods were delivered) shall also be provided, and the purchase order content or PO numbering shall be associated with the annual framework agreement. Under the same annual framework agreement, one or more purchase orders and their arrival acceptance certificate(s) corresponding to the orders shall be deemed as one valid performance.未提交業(yè)績(jī)證明文件，或通過(guò)所提供的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件無(wú)法認(rèn)定滿足上述業(yè)績(jī)要求的，均被視為無(wú)效業(yè)績(jī)。Failure to submit the past performance certification documents, or inability to confirm that the above performance requirements are met through the performance certification documents so provided, shall be deemed as invalid performance.
