1.報價人（供方）需使用附件中的詢價清單模板，并嚴格按照（需方）詢價清單里面的內容進行報價，不得按照供方的理解改動相關內容。
2.貨物的交貨地點為：萊城港，報價需為CIF價款。
3.供方對產品的質量和供應過程中可能產生的任何許可類文件負全部責任。
4.付款條件：合同簽訂完成后支付70%預付款，買方根據項目現場實際需求，分批次向賣方發送訂單。結束供貨后，買賣雙方簽認《物資合同結算確認單》作為結算的依據，買方向賣方支付剩余應結算金額(超出70%部分)。

China Harbour Engineering Company (PNG) Limited is undertaking the Asphalt Overlay and Associated Works at Mt. Hagen (Kagamuga) Airport Western Highlands Province，Papua New Guinea. A batch of bitumen and anti-stripping agents is now required for procurement. To ensure the supply of high-quality materials in a timely manner, we are publicly conducting a price inquiry. The specific requirements are as follows:

1.The bidder (supplier) must use the inquiry list template in the attachment and submit the quotation strictly in accordance with the content of the inquiry list provided by the purchaser, without making any alterations based on the supplier's own understanding.
2.The delivery location for the goods is LAE Port (Papua New Guinea), and the quotation must be on a CIF basis.
3.The supplier assumes full responsibility for product quality and any necessary permits or documentation that may arise during the supply process.
4.Payment terms: 70% advance payment will be made upon signing the contract. Based on the actual site requirements, the purchaser will issue orders to the seller in batches. Upon completion of the supply, the buyer and seller will sign the "Material Contract Settlement Confirmation Form" as the basis for settlement, and the buyer will pay the remaining balance (the portion exceeding 70%) to the seller.
