項目概況及招標范圍：
1.Project Location: Az-Zour North Phase 2 3 Independent Power Generation and Water Desalination Producer Plant Project, Kuwait 2.Project Scale: The net power output of the power plant 2700 MW. The net water production capacity of the water plant 120 MIGD 3.Bidding Scope:The works to be performed under this Subcontract is the GT11/GT21Bypass stack with its accessories, auxiliary equipments and piping systems installation; HRSG11/HRSG21 with its accessories, auxiliary equipments and piping systems installation; HRSG11/HRSG21 feed water pumps with its accessories and piping systems installation; HRSG11/HRSG21 sampling system installation; HRSG11/HRSG21 Nitrogen system installation; HRSG11/HRSG21 Blowdown system and drain system installation；Crane and hoist installation; Pipe rack for GT area and Diesel generator for Kuwait Az-Zour North Phase 2 3 IWPP Project as required and conditioned under the Contract.
投標人資格要求：
(1) Bidders must possess independent legal entity status and provide a valid business license. (2) Bidders must provide valid industry qualification certificates. (3) Bidders must provide valid certifications for Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health Safety Management Systems. (4) Bidders must provide a valid tax registration certificate. (5) Bidders must be able to independently solve issues related to the temporary import of machinery and personnel visas. Subcontractors shall have performance records in mechanical installation works for CFPP or CCPP power plants.
