簡要規格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：本項目紅線范圍內的所有給排水管線拆除及其他因紅線范圍內給排水管線拆除而實施的搬遷工作，為實施給排水管線拆除搬遷而進行的一切附屬工作內容，并負責辦理一切前期手續、道路賠補、圖紙設計，通過管理部門的驗收等一切手續。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: All water supply and drainage pipelines within the red line area of this project, as well as any relocation work carried out due to the removal of these pipelines, all auxiliary works related to the dismantling and relocation of the pipelines, and the handling of all preliminary procedures, road compensation, design drawings, and administrative approvals, including passing inspections by the relevant authorities, shall be the responsibility of the contractor.
合同履約期限：計劃20日歷天完成所有工作內容。（開竣工日期以實際日期為準）
The Contract Period: Plan to complete all work within 20 calendar days. (The actual date of commencement and completion shall prevail)

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: 1. In accordance with Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China, 2. Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, parties involved in major tax violations, or records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement by "Credit China" (www.creditchina. gov.cn) or China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp. gov.cn)
(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（1）具有獨立承擔民事責任的能力及相應的履約能力；
（2）本項目專門面向中小微企業采購；
（3）單位負責人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關系的不同供應商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；為采購項目提供整體設計、規范編制或者項目管理、監理、檢測等服務的供應商，不得再參加該采購項目的其他采購活動；
（4）具備市政公用工程施工總承包三級及其以上資質；
（5）具有安全生產許可證（有效期內）；
（6）擬派項目負責人：需具備市****
（7）符合《關于對接國際高標準經貿規則推進試點地區****
（8）本次招標不接受聯合體投標，不允許合同轉讓與分包。
